Pit is loosely based on Icarus and Cupid. He wears a crown of laurel (M&M onwards) and has blue eyes. His hair is light brown, and in Brawl, he wears an exomis. He also wears sandals on his feet, and other various clothing from Greek Mythology. His wings are usually white. There are, however, some other colours Pit can be seen in, as follows -
